Hotel Burglary Arrest
PALM SPRINGS - Saturday police arrest a woman wanted in connection to a burglary at a local hotel.
According to police, Brittney Edwards, 27 of Palm Springs was allegedly seen inside a Caliente Tropics Hotel office stealing a number of documents with identity and credit card information. When the woman and her two accomplices were caught they all took off running. About 30 minutes later police found Edwards and arrested her in a mobile home park.
She has been charged with burglary, possession of stolen property, identity theft and probation violation. No word on the other two suspects at this time.
