INDIO - If this wet weather and snow in the mountains isn't getting you into the Christmas spirit, then maybe seeing a timeless holiday classic on stage will.

Right now an adaptation of Charles Dickens a Christmas Carol is being brought to life on the stage at the Indio Performing Arts Center. It's being directed by Lance Phillips.

This adaptation of the Dickens holiday classic follows Ebenezer Scrooge on his exhilarating and terrifying journey to discover the true meaning of Christmas with a twist at the end of the journey.

"A Christmas Carol" is sure to delight all that attend. You can catch the play Friday and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and on Sundays at 2:30 p.m. as well as next week. The cost is 12 to 23 dollars a ticket at the Expo Theater in Indio.
