Fire Destroys Palm Desert Mobile Home

PALM DESERT - A quick burning fire ripped through a mobile home in Palm Desert Thursday afternoon. The blaze was contained to one structure, according to Cal Fire and Riverside County firefighters on the scene.
Firefighters responded to the Silver Spur Mobile Home Park on Cholla Lane, just off Highway 74 around 11:44 a.m. and found the single-wide mobile home well involved.
No injuries were reported. Fire investigators are not sure if the home is occupied or vacant.
