The Rush to Snag Last Minute Presents
PALM DESERT- Stores are ringing up last minute sales just hours before doors close for Christmas.
"Everything I've got, it's flying off the shelves. I got a truck somewhere between LA and here I'm waiting for," said Brian Williamson, Owner of Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop in Westfield Palm Desert.
Shoppers dashing to the mall, are hoping to finally cross of their lists and snag the perfect stocking stuffers.
"We typically see husbands and dads around 3:00PM and you can tell they have a very nervous look on their face, like help me," said Franchesca Forrer, Marketing Director of Westfield Palm Desert.
But stores are making shopping easier this year, offering sales up to 80 percent off.
"People are all getting a long there's no fighting for the best sale, I think it's because sales are that good that everyone is getting what they want," said Forrer.
