Snowboarder Killed in Avalanche
NORDEN, CA - A snowboarder was killed Monday after getting caught in an avalanche at Donner Ski Ranch, in Nevada.
A dog with a search team found the body three feet under the snow at the base of the mountain several hours after he went missing.
Friends say the victim was enjoying his first day on the mountain after moving back to the area. .
