Police arrested 23 year old David Montez of Indio for a DUI crash Sunday morning. 49 year old Brian Devlin of Las Vegas was also arrested for DUI after crashing his car at Miles Avenue and Dune Palms.There was also a pedestrian killed by a driver in Video by kmir6.com

VALLEYWIDE - Police arrested 23 year old David Montez of Indio for a DUI crash Sunday morning. 49 year old Brian Devlin of Las Vegas was also arrested for DUI after crashing his car at Miles Avenue and Dune Palms.There was also a pedestrian killed by a driver in Desert Hot Springs on palm Drive. The victim 40 year old Jackie Maglio died at the scene.
