Best Selling Author JJ Virgin Discusses Her New Book, The Virgin Diet

The Palm Desert resident says foods people commonly think of as healthy, can actually hold you back.
Virgin points out exercise is key to maintaining weight loss, but smart diets that bring quick weight-loss are a good start.
The Virgin Diet suggests eliminating 7 key foods from your diet to help with weight loss, reduce joint pain and increase stamina.
The foods on JJ's naughty list include:
- Dairy
- Eggs
- Peanuts
- Sugars and Artificial Sweetners
- Gluten
- Soy
- Corn
Virgin says by eliminating the foods your body reacts to negatively, you've taken the most important step to becoming healthier.
