Armed Robbery Investigation Latest
INDIO - Friday night police released information on an investigation into three armed robberies and two attempted armed robberies.
Indio Police Dectectives believe that those crimes were all committed by the same man at different times and locations last February.
According to Indio Police, the first robbery happened on February 9th at the Parkway Spirit & Market Store on Golf Center Parkway. They say the robber walked into the business and flashed a pistol, in his waistband, then demanded money. A routine, detectives say, he used in the other two successful robberies, but then failed in two others.
Indio Police say they are in contact with other law enforcement agencies in the Coachella Valley, who may be of assistance in catching the robber.
